Incident of Ranveer singh head injury took place at film set of Padmavati movie. According to source Ranveer Singh hurt his head himself while shooting for seen during particular action take, Ranveer Sing was was so engrossed in the performance that he did not realize the pain till cut called. No one notice that but when Ranveer singh bleeding from his head everyone came to help him than notice Ranveer singh was hurn badly while shooting.
