In Telegram latest 4.0 update Telegram added one of the biggest feature called " Telegram video messages". Telegram now allows users to send video clips by using telegram video feature at the push of a button.
It is similar to app’s addition of voice messages, with the access of video message feature, users simply tap existing audio icon to switch to the video message mode.
Feature of audio and video messages are same, like voice message Telegram’s video messages are also automatically download and will auto played by set as default, and feature a picture in images mode in Telegram so you can also do other things in Telegram app while watching video.
Telegram along with private video messages feature, Telegram is now looking to expand its public channels by adding there videos. This new feature called Telescope.
Telescope videos feature is also like Telegram video messages. Telescope videos features clips up to minute long, but they will be also publicly available through a direct URL link even to people without Telegram accounts.
