This Pakistani Martial Artist Smashed His Way to A New World Record

Muhammad Rashid belong Karachi, Pakistan has set a new world record by smashing soda cans 77 with his elbow in just one minute at recent event in Gemona, Italy.




Muhammad Rashid has make other records earlier, most notably:
  1. · Most walnuts crushed with elbow in 60 seconds,
  2. · Most walnuts crushed by hand in 60 seconds
  3. · Most spins of fire staff in 60 seconds,
  4. · Most nunchaku hits in 60 seconds.

However, this is his recent record and its best ever so far:


According to the rules of Guinness World Records, cans should have not been opened before to smash and should be completely smashed to a minimum width of 3cm.

Muhammad Rashid met all requirements and managed to set new world record to his name.

Associazione Conserva organized this event and a large audience from different countries including Germany and Italy also attend this event, many of whom had to put up their umbrellas to protect their skin from spray of crushed soda cans.

Mr. Rashid who is Founder and President of Pakistan Academy of Martial Arts, encourages audience to learn this art not for self defense but also to appreciate the way it gives person strength in his real life.
